How Snoozester Addresses Misuse

Snoozester takes the safety and privacy of the Snoozester community seriously and does not tolerate misuse of our systems. It is a violation of Snoozester's Terms of Service to use Snoozester to harass others by contacting them via Snoozester without their consent. In order to discourage such misuse, Snoozester has put the following measures in place:

Verification Calls

Snoozester users are required to verify each phone number that they add to their account before they are able to schedule calls to that phone number; the verification process involves Snoozester sending a phone number verification call and prompting the recipient, "To verify this number, press 1; if you did not request this call, press 7."

If you receive a verification call that you did not request, simply follow the prompts to indicate that you did not request the call; doing so will prevent other users from associating your phone number with their Snoozester accounts.

Blocking Un-requested Calls

Snoozester plays a message at the end of each call prompting the call recipient to, "Press 7 if you did not request this call."

If you receive a call that you did not request, please follow the prompts to indicate that you did not request the call; by doing so, your phone number will be blocked from the account that scheduled the call and your phone number will not be available for other users to add to their account.
